Refund & Return Policy

At Organic Wellness Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For health and wellness reasons, opened supplements, used personal care products, and items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
